I've been getting a lot of questions about how to see visions after posting some of the ones I've gotten. I've made a video and audio podcast to hopefully make it easier to understand this subject. This is the introduction…
SPEAK. The newest single from Marjorie Whitley. Like the EP Angel Wings this song is shrouded in harps, and flutes, and rich orchestration. We have the power to speak into our lives and our future. Jesus calmed an entire sea just by speaking to it. He says that we have the same ability if we just have the faith. Look for this release soon!
Angel wings is the latest release from Marjorie Whitley. It’s also her first step into blending the Folk - Rock genre with Ambient and Celtic influences. Angel Wings is filled with her familiar melodic folk rock style including guitars, mandolin, ukulele, and of course her signature sweet vocals, but its wonderfully crafted and combined with Celtic harps, flutes, and orchestral strings.
You will hear soothing sounds of nature woven into the music too. It’s completely relaxing, peaceful and spiritual all in one pot. It’s music to experience as well as listen to.

“Her music sounds like a touch of old school - like the legendary female singer songwriters of the 70's era .... she is like a cross between Joni Mitchell and Enya in a modern world.”
About Marjorie Whitley
Marjorie Whitley is a singer songwriter from Atlanta Georgia. Her genres expand from Folk-Rock, Christian, Soaking Worship, and Ambient Celtic infusion. She is currently in the studio working on new Celtic relaxing tracks that compliment her latest EP ANGEL WINGS. She is a one woman band in the studio. She writes, records, produces, and engineers all of her music.
Spanning multiple decades as an artist, Marjorie’s music style has been honed into a kaleidoscope of sound. Late 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s were the foundation of her songwriting education. She is self taught except for piano lessons as a child, flute in the school years, private voice lessons, and a few guitar lessons here and there.
It was always her dream to become a singer - songwriter. She had a brief stent in Nashville where she rubbed elbows with some Nashville movers and shakers, but decided that country music was not the right fit for her.
Upon her return to Atlanta, she totally immersed herself in her church where she found worship leading much to her liking. It seemed that was going to be her path until she discovered that she enjoyed creating a writing her own style of music, that would reach beyond the walls of her local church.
This is where she is today. Her songs are peaceful and relaxing, and have a definite spiritual presence on them.
"Touching hearts and sharing with people that we have a loving, kind, and forgiving father in heaven is the most rewarding thing. I want people to know that he is on our side, and wants to love us ... not condemn us.
