I felt a very emotional presence of the Lord this morning. It was a heavy feeling like he had something serious on his mind. Rebuilding The Walls
At my church, The Solid Rock of Atlanta, on Sunday, September 10th, I received a powerful vision. The Lord provided me with a visual demonstration, vividly depicting the connection between the return of the Babylonian exiles and the current events in our world. The returning exiles had their moment of joy upon returning home, but they were faced with the daunting task of rebuilding their walls, brick by brick. Ezra and the Return of the Babylonian Exiles. On my second day of blowing the shofar, God led me to read the book of Ezra. He gave me a deeper revelation of what life he desired from his children. This book begins with the exiles coming back to Jerusalem from Babylon. Blowing the Shofar In Today’s World – Part 1.
Back in August of this year – 2023 – the Lord told me to blow my shofar every day until the feast of Trumpets. I had just gotten this little shofar the last year at the tail end of the feasts. It is a hard instrument to learn to blow and make any decent sounds. I managed to get a good blast out of it after a few weeks, and then I put it down and forgot about it.
