The Surefire Way To Get Closer To God.

My life was completely changed by reading the bible. When I was a kid in church, I didn’t appreciate what was written in it. When I became a young adult, I was surrounded by people who would quote scripture to me and tell me what they thought it meant. Some people I knew inspired me to explore the new age movement, and, being clueless about certain topics in the bible, I totally fell for a lot of the half-truths in that movement. 

Since I wasn’t sure if what I was hearing from others was true, I decided to read the bible from Genesis to Revelation … straight through! It completely changed my life because the lies and deceptions that were circling around me were exposed. I saw what God said was the truth, and it steered me into his arms.

We are all created with a longing to connect with our Creator. One of the most powerful and impactful ways that God speaks to all of us is through scripture. The Bible is a collection of books written by various authors, inspired by the Holy Spirit, and contains teachings, wisdom and knowledge that equip us.

This is the missing manual for life!

The Bible is like a love letter from God to us, where we can learn about His character, His plan for our lives, and the transformation that He wants to bring into our lives, and mostly though, it’s about his unending love for us!

Even though reading the Bible can be a bit challenging from time to time, it’s totally worth the journey! 

I highly recommend reading the bible from beginning to end with just one caveat, when reading the Old Testament, keep in mind that Jesus’s death took the hard labor of the law away from us. We are now called to God for a love relationship, not rules and performance.
