Understanding the Prophetic Word for Today’s Nation.
The Picture Behind the Word
In the ancient threshing floor, wheat was gathered and beaten, then tossed into the air with a winnowing fork. The wind would carry off the lightweight, worthless chaff, while the heavier, valuable grain fell straight back down to the floor. What was left behind wasn’t damaged by the wind — it was revealed by it. The wind didn’t create the difference between the wheat and the chaff. It only exposed a difference that was already there.
That’s the image the Lord gave in this word:
“I’m about to blow across this land. As I blow across this land, I will be blowing away the chaff to reveal the endosperm of this nation. Government agencies that have been engaged in unlawful acts will be revealed. And as I blow across this nation, I will reveal the good wheat from the chaff. This nation, this great nation that has stood for My righteousness will once again shine.”
What Is the Endosperm?
The endosperm isn’t the whole grain — it’s the nourishing part inside it, the part that actually feeds. When God says He’s blowing to “reveal the endosperm,” He’s not just talking about separating good from bad. He’s talking about getting down to the part of this nation that was always meant to feed and sustain, the part that’s been buried under everything husk-like sitting on top of it.
That’s worth looking at: the wind isn’t destructive here. It’s not judgment for judgment’s sake. It’s a wind that clears away what was never load-bearing to begin with, so what’s actually nourishing can be seen and used again. That’s the beauty of God. He is all about redemption.
Rooted, Not Uprooted
“The very root of this nation was built on godly principles. Look into your constitution. Look at your constitution and tell Me if that is now brimming with My heart. Your forefathers knew Me. Your forefathers worshiped Me and put Me first. This nation was hijacked by ideologies that were not sound. This opened up the door for impurities to enter into this great land. This great land that I created.”
This is where the wheat-and-chaff image gets personal instead of just national. A root doesn’t get replaced when it’s healthy — it gets uncovered. God isn’t describing a nation that needs new roots. He’s describing one whose roots are still there, still godly, just buried under ideologies that don’t belong to what was originally planted.
What the Wind Leaves Behind
“As the year progresses, you will see My hand at work. You will see the chaff as it blows… I will reveal the good wheat from the chaff. This nation, this great nation that has stood for My righteousness will once again shine.”
The end goal of the wind was never the chaff. It was always the wheat. If you find yourself watching things get exposed this year — in the news, in institutions, even in your own life — the invitation here isn’t to fixate on what’s blowing away. It’s to trust what’s being revealed underneath it, and to be found as good wheat when the wind passes through.
We don’t have to wait to see this. It’s already happening.
In late July, Dr. Fauci sat before the Senate and refused to answer more than a hundred questions about the government’s COVID-19 response, invoking the Fifth Amendment again and again.
And for months now, the Epstein files have been coming out in waves — millions of pages, hundreds of names, things that were hidden for years now sitting in the light. This is what the wind looks like. Not always comfortable to watch, but exactly what the Lord said He would do: blow until the chaff moves and the truth is visible.
This is just August …. lets see what the end of the year brings …
