A Rematch with Baal?

I received this in January 2023.

During my time of meditation with the Lord, I could feel his presence like a huge wave on the beach. All of a sudden, I saw myself standing on the beach and noticed a large wave galloping across the sea, getting ready to reach land. This wave had immense strength. This wave was unstoppable as it headed toward the shore.

Then I saw someone else standing on the shore just ahead of me. They, too, spotted the giant wave rolling in. Raising their hands to the wave, they seemed to think it would prevent it from reaching the shore. They were certain their strength was enough to keep it from hitting the beach.

Then, it was made clear to me by the Lord that there are people out there who have been deceived by Satan into believing he is a god, with the same power as the Lord.

I watched these fooled people strutting their muscles and believing themselves to be powerful. It reminded me of the story in 1 Kings 18:1–46 where Elijah takes on the prophets of Baal. The prophets of Baal were firmly convinced that Baal was all-mighty. They were tricked in the same way as some prominent people today.

It is widely accepted that the bull in the stock market is a representation of the false god Baal from the bible.

It wouldn’t surprise me if some well-known people asserted outrageous things about their abilities and said that God isn’t as powerful or doesn’t exist. Then we will watch them fall from a very high height, just as the prophets of Baal failed.

People on both the left and right will take desperate steps. We will sit comfortably on the sidelines knowing that God has the winning hand.
